When TCDE took on the challenge of helping to produce the World Children’s Festival on the Ellipse, next to The White House in Washington, DC, they had no idea that a shortage of funding for the presenters would mean a tiny stage and no floor on which to dance.

Enter Harlequin Floors to save the day. When Judy Robinson, TCDE’s managing director explained the situation, Harlequin rose to the occasion. They sent their best, enabling in the grand tradition, the show to go on. THANKS TO HARLEQUIN FROM DANCERS EVERYWHERE!
