30-Day Return Policy:
- Returns are permitted within 30 days of product receipt.
- All returns are subject to approval and a 25% restocking fee*.
- Product must be returned in original condition, unused/unrolled with original packaging and have been properly stored.
- Returns are not permitted on the following:
- Opened boxes or special orders unless product is defective.
- Final sales, special deals or remnant sales.
- Installed product, considered accepted by the Purchaser.
- Shipping and Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
*American Harlequin Corporation reserves the right to refuse to credit any amount if the returned roll has been opened, used, damaged or altered by the customer.
Scheduling a Return
- Contact your Flooring Specialist within 30 days of receipt of product to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA), prior to shipping product back to American Harlequin Corporation.
- Indicate RMA on the outer wrapping. No returns will be accepted without this number.
- Product should be shipped back to the following address:
