Reporting to the Head of Global Brand &amp; Marketing, this role collaborates closely with sales, global marketing, and external partners to develop consistent, compelling campaigns that support style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">General Marketing Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across brand, product, digital, and sales support efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the Head of Global Brand &amp; Marketing with day-to-day marketing activities and special projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain content, campaign, and event calendars aligned with business priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track marketing budgets, expenses and project timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop presentations for the marketing department, sales and senior leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support occasional department, office, and customer-related administrative initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p engaging, on-brand content for email campaigns, social media, website articles, customer stories, newsletters and other marketing channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate copy, photography, video and design resources with internal contributors, agencies, freelancers and other external partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-l-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">Campaign Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, social media, web, advertising and events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage campaign timelines, creative assets and deliverables from concept through launch and follow-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, lead generation, and agreed-upon objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-l-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">Email, Social Media and Digital Marketing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage day-to-day email marketing activity, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, performance reporting and ongoing optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the U.S. social media calendar, content publishing, community engagement, and coordination with global and regional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support website updates, landing pages and campaign content in coordination with the global marketing team and digital partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-l-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">Events, Trade Shows and Sponsorships<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage trade shows and events, including logistics, communications and collateral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with managers and sales teams to define event objectives, prepare supporting materials, and establish a post-event follow-up process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage inventory of marketing materials, samples, and branded promotional items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-l-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4\u20136 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on content, communications, or related roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in dance, performing arts or production is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative approach and the ability to coordinate effectively with sales teams, regional teams, customers and external partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with trade shows and event marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, plus experience with email marketing, social media management, and marketing automation platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with WordPress, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resourceful problem solver with strong attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to travel as needed and lift or carry up to 30 pounds for events and marketing materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr
