Have you heard of #DorkDancing? If not, you soon may. The dancing phenomenon has been growing in popularity in the Denver, Colorado area, and it\u2019s all for a good cause. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This \u201cdorky\u201d form of expression began in Da Nang, Vietnam, as a response to the COVID-19 lockdown. Since then, it has made its way to the states and has become a free dance movement in association with mental health advocacy. The dance therapy is free-flowing and can be any form of dance a person desires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
