The company\u2019s brand, specialist expertise, product portfolio and commitment to exceptional service for the dance, performing arts and live events industries remain unchanged.\u00a0<\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of a planned leadership transition, Guy Dagger will step down as CEO of the Harlequin Group, effective 3 August 2026. After nearly five decades of family leadership, the transition marks a natural stage in Harlequin\u2019s evolution from a founder-led company to an established global business. With a strong global management structure and experienced regional leadership in place, the company is well positioned to build on the Dagger family\u2019s legacy and sustain long-term growth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFrom trusted relationships with customers worldwide to pioneering products that have helped transform the dance and live events industries, I am incredibly proud of the global brand Harlequin has become,\u201d said Guy Dagger. \u201cThis has been the best job in the world, and as I step away from my role as CEO, I do so with tremendous confidence in Harlequin\u2019s global team and their ability to carry its legacy forward.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harlequin\u2019s regional operations will continue under an experienced leadership team: General Managers Steve Gough in the Americas, Teresa Rogers in the United Kingdom, Chantal Lagniau in Europe, Niklas Bohr for the DACH region, Fiona Blackett in Australia, and Jamie Stirling covering Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Together with their teams, they bring decades of product, technical, industry, and customer expertise, providing the continuity and experience needed to lead Harlequin into the next chapter.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While this transition marks a change in executive leadership, the brand, specialist expertise, product portfolio, and commitment to exceptional service for the dance, performing arts, and live events industries remain unchanged.
