Industry veteran retires after after 28 years with American Harlequin Corporation

(Moorestown, New Jersey) – Harlequin Floors, the global leader in advanced technology flooring for dance, performing arts, entertainment, and events, has announced the retirement of Pat Basileo, effective July 31^st, 2023. Pat has been with Harlequin for 28 years and has made significant contributions to the success of the American Harlequin division of the company during her tenure. Pat has played an integral part in the Executive leadership team and is recognized for her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence in all areas of the business.

In light of Basileo’s retirement, Kasper Nyboe will transition into the role of Executive Vice President/COO for American Harlequin, a role he previously held with the Group’s Hong Kong office. Nyboe brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having worked in various roles across multiple divisions within the company since joining in 2006. 

“I’m honored to have been chosen for this role,” said Nyboe. “It is a privilege to join such a strong team in the Americas, and I look forward to continue building on Pat’s legacy.” 

Basileo was equally as enthusiastic about her successor, “Kasper is an excellent choice for this role,” said Basileo. “He has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills throughout his time at Harlequin, and I’m confident that he will continue to lead American Harlequin into a successful future.”
