Shipping & Return Policy

Harlequin Floors is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards for our products and services. Harlequin incorporates superior design, materials and workmanship into every product and supports this with a rigorous quality control process at our factories, warehouses through delivery.

Shipping

Orders for in stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the product(s) ordered and delivery address. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Online Web Shop Orders 30-Day Return Policy

  • Returns are permitted within 30 days of product receipt.
  • Product must be returned in original condition, unused/unrolled with original packaging.
  • Returns are not permitted on Harlequin Dance Mats & Practice Mats including kits & bundles, Dance Mat bags, Daily Cleaner + Disinfectant, final sales, special deals or remnant sales.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
  • American Harlequin Corporation reserves the right to refuse to credit any amount if the returned item has been opened, used, damaged or altered by the customer.

Sprung & Vinyl Floors 30-Day Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact your Flooring Specialist at 800-642-6440.

  • Returns are permitted within 30 days of product receipt. 
  • All returns are subject to approval and a 25% restocking fee*. 
  • Product must be returned in original condition, unused/unrolled with original packaging and have been properly stored. 
  • Returns are not permitted on the following:
    • Opened boxes or special orders unless product is defective. 
    • Final sales, special deals or remnant sales. 
    • Installed product, considered accepted by the Purchaser. 
  • Shipping and Delivery charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. 

*American Harlequin Corporation reserves the right to refuse to credit any amount if the returned roll has been opened, used, damaged or altered by the customer. 

Scheduling a Return

  1. Contact your Flooring Specialist within 30 days of receipt of product to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA), prior to shipping product back to American Harlequin Corporation.  
  2. Indicate RMA on the outer wrapping. No returns will be accepted without this number.
  3. Product should be shipped back to the following address:
