Ballet’s rising stars from 20+ nations will come to the United States in June 2023 to vie for medals, cash awards, company contracts, and scholarships as part of the 12^th USA International Ballet Competition (USA IBC). Harlequin Floors is proud to announce it will again be the Official Dance Floor sponsor of the competition, which is held every four years in Jackson, Mississippi. 

Founded in 1979, the USA IBC has become one of the most prestigious ballet events globally, rivaling other renowned competitions such as the Varna International Ballet Competition and the Prix de Lausanne. The USA IBC has provided a platform for young ballet artists to showcase their talents and gain recognition from industry professionals, ballet enthusiasts, and the wider public. 

Competitors will dance on Harlequin Liberty® LatchLoc sprung floors on the world-class Thalia Mara stage and in the competitor classroom. The professional sprung floor panels will be topped with a Harlequin Studio™ vinyl performance surface.
